This magnificent property offers 4 spacious bedrooms. Located on the second level, one master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom and boasts excellent views of the marina. The second bedroom is also located on the second level with a Queen size bed. The third bedroom is a kid's bedroom with 2 bunk beds (queen and twin). Lastly, the fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor with a queen size bed and has its own private bathroom.

The villa is equipped with a gourmet kitchen, media room with office desk, computer and plasma screen TV. Villa Isla Marina is ideal for family getaways, as it offers a plethora of outdoor amenities and activities such as a private pool, 2 community pools, a community gym, 2 tennis courts, 2 paddle courts and a large communal palapa area that is great for accommodating events. The villa offers kayaks, 4 bicycles (2 kids and 2 adults) and a Sea Ray boat & captain with complimentary usage 2 times per week (up to 6 hours).
