Casa Ikal is a stunning beachfront villa inside the Sian Kaan Biosphere Reserve, a mile north of the Boca Paila Bridge and 20 minutes away from Tulum. The Caribbean beachfront side brings you to a rich coral reef within swimming distance and the lagoonfront side goes directly to ancient Mayan Canals, one of the most spectacular and exclusive places on earth.

Casa Ikal is a contemporary house designed by world-renowned De Yturbe architects. The 5 acre estate has 300 feet of pristine seafront and 300 feet of lagoon front, as well as extensive interior and exterior living space. The house has a big open plan living/dining area with fine marble floors, a fully fitted kitchen, storage room, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and plenty of exterior decks. The rooftop consists of hardwood decking and green roofs, and a double infinity swimming pool with fiber optic lighting.

Special attention is given to food and services with personalized dietary and hospitality requirements organized prior to your stay. Emphasis is placed on attentive but discreet service for a relaxed, effortless vacation.
