The House of the Rising Sun is a spacious five-bedroom, 4½ bathroom, beachfront vacation home. The house was designed by the owners and designed in the spirit of "Homes of the Yucatan" and built by a local architect. Each bedroom has a balcony and a direct view of the Caribbean Sea. Outdoor living areas are numerous and include an architecturally stunning 55-foot lap pool, with a grand stone patio for sunning. There is a shaded outdoor dining table that can seat up to 14 people. A covered roof beach-front palapa is for massages or lounging in hammocks. A round table and four chairs, with an umbrella is for sitting next to the Sea. General Floorplan: the villa is a two-storey, plus rooftop concrete structure with natural limestone flooring on the first floor. Mexican handmade terra-cotta floor are on the second floor and all the bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a rooftop seating area for star gazing and sunset cocktails. The first floor has an open-floor design, with a beautiful lily garden that walks you directly to the Sea.
