The lower level of the villa has two more bedrooms and bathrooms, couches, living space, pool table and laundry facilities. Be wowed by a charming and unique indoor wet bar with swings surrounding it. This lower level has a walk-out terrace that takes you to your private pool with waterfall. Your private pool has three sections of water depth which includes a shallow section filled with 12 inches of water; perfect for toddlers. For a priceless view, walk up to the roof-top from the kitchen and living room terrace. Prepare to be delighted by the stunning view of the Caribbean, beaches, and landscape. This floor has a very spacious infinity edge plunge pool that has a shallow section which allows you to lay in ten inches of water. It also is equipped with a wet bar, mini-refrigerator, and gas barbecue grill. Enjoy coffee in the morning, margaritas all day, sunbathing, dinner by sunset, and stargazing in this pristine location. Located two blocks from the beach. For week rentals, 3 housekeeping days are included, more are available upon request.
